Ep. 12: The team faces a final choice between a restricted short path and a difficult long route.
Aired on December 18, 2011

After waiting in a room for 50 hours, the group confronts a critical dilemma before the exam concludes. They must decide between a short, easy path limited to only three participants or a long, arduous route accessible to everyone. Gon proposes selecting the longer, more challenging option. To ensure the entire group can proceed, they decide to break through the wall separating the two paths. This strategy allows all five members to successfully reach the base of the tower within the allotted time, securing their passage through this stage of the Hunter Exam.
