In a separate location, new staff members arrive at the Nostrade manor to meet their employer, Neon. Concurrently, the Phantom Troupe convenes in Yorknew City. This segment is part of the Yorknew City arc, also known as the Phantom Troupe arc, and is identified as episode 5 out of 22.
