Jubei Yagyu completes her contract with Muneakira, while Hanzo, Matabei, and Kanetsugu defend students against overwhelming odds. Jubei, Yukimura, and Sen confront Gisen, with Yukimura and Sen forming a true contract with the empowered Muneakira. Inside the palace holding Amakusa and Gisen, Jubei faces spirit-draining attacks until resurrected Master Samurai break through the barrier. Charles’s revival allows Yukimura and Sen to return, enabling Muneakira to assist Jubei. Now a hybrid of her incomplete self and the Master Samurai, indicated by mismatched eye colors, Jubei defeats Gisen in outer space but perishes in the process. Buou Academy is restored. The group waits at sunset, fading away one by one. Muneakira remains as a bright light appears in the sky, identical to Jubei’s initial arrival, signaling her eventual return.
