Nov 1, 2010Yukimura, Matabei, and Muneakira attempt to help Jubei control her Master Samurai transformation while Kanetsugu spies for Yoshihiko under the guise of friendship. His presence enrages Yukimura due to past grievances. Sen investigates the connection between recent spirited away incidents and contemplates kissing Muneakira. After Yukimura shares her concerns, Kanetsugu interrupts, leading Muneakira to accept injury for ignoring Yukimura's feelings. Kanetsugu is stopped, allowing Sen to confess her true feelings and kiss Muneakira, creating a contract. A defeated Kanetsugu flees the dojo but is pursued by Hanzo.

Yoshihiko returns early while Gisen controls Muneakira to fight Jubei and Charles defeats her.
Nov 29, 2010Yoshihiko Tokugawa arrives in Great Japan a week early, while Kanetsugu, Hanzo, and Matabei consider kissing Muneakira to unlock Master Samurai powers. Gisen confronts Muneakira in a shed and, after he rejects her advances, uses her hidden Master Samurai ability to control him. She directs him to fight Jubei, Hanzo, and Sen, hoping that kissing Jubei under her influence will void their existing Master Samurai contract. Yoshihiko joins the battle against Charles d'Artagnan, ordering her to attack Gisen. Charles activates her artificial Master Samurai mode to temporarily defeat Gisen. Afterwards, Charles discloses Project Inzanami to Hanzo, Matabei, Yukimura, and an unconscious Kanetsugu, while Yoshihiko reveals the same project to Sen. Jubei and Muneakira are currently held as research subjects for this initiative.

Dec 6, 2010Hanzo, Matabei, Yukimura, and Kanetsugu escape dojo guards to Yukimura's secret hideout. She uses spiritual fluctuation reading to contact Muneakira in The Heart's Prison, learning Sen's body is at Bukei Academy. The team breaks into the academy to free Sen, leaving Matabei, Kanetsugu, and Hanzo to delay enemy forces. Yukimura and Sen reach Muneakira's body. It is revealed that the decline in Master Samurai stems from a lack of fit generals. Charles disobeys Yoshihiko's orders, destroying part of the lab while Sen and Yukimura are electrocuted. This action releases Jubei, who falls into the hands of the now-awake Muneakira.

Dec 13, 2010Yoshihiko tries to flee the laboratory but is hindered by Jubei. Charles intervenes to shield Yoshihiko, triggering memories of their past. Charles loved Yoshihiko, who exploited her affection to create the Project Inzanami prototype. During the clash between Jubei and Charles, Muneakira reveals his true General abilities. Gisen acts, leading to Charles's death while protecting Yoshihiko. Before dying, Charles carries an armor origami that helps Yoshihiko recognize his own feelings. Meanwhile, Gisen seeks to resurrect Amakusa Shirō and seize control of Bukei Academy. Jubei Yagyu Master Samurai informs the incomplete Jubei Yagyu that kissing Muneakira will complete their pact and erase her incomplete personality.

Dec 20, 2010Jubei Yagyu completes her contract with Muneakira, while Hanzo, Matabei, and Kanetsugu defend students against overwhelming odds. Jubei, Yukimura, and Sen confront Gisen, with Yukimura and Sen forming a true contract with the empowered Muneakira. Inside the palace holding Amakusa and Gisen, Jubei faces spirit-draining attacks until resurrected Master Samurai break through the barrier. Charles’s revival allows Yukimura and Sen to return, enabling Muneakira to assist Jubei. Now a hybrid of her incomplete self and the Master Samurai, indicated by mismatched eye colors, Jubei defeats Gisen in outer space but perishes in the process. Buou Academy is restored. The group waits at sunset, fading away one by one. Muneakira remains as a bright light appears in the sky, identical to Jubei’s initial arrival, signaling her eventual return.
