Ep. 9: Yoshihiko returns early while Gisen controls Muneakira to fight Jubei and Charles defeats her.

Yoshihiko Tokugawa arrives in Great Japan a week early, while Kanetsugu, Hanzo, and Matabei consider kissing Muneakira to unlock Master Samurai powers. Gisen confronts Muneakira in a shed and, after he rejects her advances, uses her hidden Master Samurai ability to control him. She directs him to fight Jubei, Hanzo, and Sen, hoping that kissing Jubei under her influence will void their existing Master Samurai contract. Yoshihiko joins the battle against Charles d'Artagnan, ordering her to attack Gisen. Charles activates her artificial Master Samurai mode to temporarily defeat Gisen. Afterwards, Charles discloses Project Inzanami to Hanzo, Matabei, Yukimura, and an unconscious Kanetsugu, while Yoshihiko reveals the same project to Sen. Jubei and Muneakira are currently held as research subjects for this initiative.
