During the Kan'ya Festival, Satoshi enters a quiz contest to promote Hyouka. He reaches the final four and meets Tani, an acquaintance from the Go Club, who reports stolen Go stones. Simultaneously, multiple clubs report missing small items. Each crime scene contains a note signed by the culprit, known as "Juumonji." The events unfold as Satoshi continues his participation in the contest amidst these mysterious thefts.
