Midorikawa feels inadequate after recalling past goals by Tsunami and Utsunomiya, leading to frustration during solo practice. Kidou instructs Kazemaru, Fubuki, Hijikata, Tsunami, and Kabeyama to develop new combination hissatsu techniques. While the team bonds and trains, Midorikawa remains isolated until Kiyama Hiroto offers encouragement, helping him regain confidence. The following day, Neo Japan arrives to challenge Inazuma Japan for the representative seat. Kidou recognizes Coach Hitomiko and notes Desarm’s new midfield role. During the match, Neo Japan effectively counters Inazuma’s attacks using modified versions of their own techniques, including Drill Smasher V2 and Dash Storm V2.
