Kazuhito endures his life alongside the massive sadist Natsuno and the mysterious masked author Akiyama Shinobu. Believing it to be an opportunity, Suzuna encourages Natsuno to hold a signing and enter a cosplay event to work more publicly. Madoka and Hami visit and become involved in the situation. Later, in an attempt to inebriate the stubborn Natsuno, Suzuna reaches for strong alcohol. The group finds themselves entangled in these escalating events as Natsuno’s resistance to alcohol is tested. The narrative focuses on the interactions between these characters as they navigate the consequences of Suzuna’s schemes and the unexpected involvement of their friends in the chaotic daily life they share.
