Shishigami confesses to Shion Watanabe that his body is a robot and he has taken many lives to feel alive again. He coldly states he will kill everyone in the country. Shion begs him not to leave her behind. She cries, telling him the victims had futures and loved ones. Shishigami then makes a proposition to her.
