Inuyashiki

Ichiro Inuyashiki faces constant neglect and disrespect from those around him, including his family, despite his efforts to support them. At 58, he appears much older and is frequently dismissed. A medical diagnosis reveals he has terminal cancer, leaving him with little time left. Shortly after, a bright light falls from the sky and hits the ground where he is standing. He awakens unharmed but begins to notice unusual changes in himself.
