Maple and Sally enter a hidden dungeon with a boss, securing their initial medals before using a warp to follow Kuromu’s party into the mountains. There, they battle Silverwing, an ice bird boss whose overwhelming attacks strain Maple’s defenses. The duo pushes their abilities to the limit, defeating the creature with minimal health remaining. Their victory yields additional medals, crafting materials, and two Monster Eggs that hatch into turtle and fox companions named Syrup and Oboro. The pair then proceeds to a desert oasis, where they encounter a challenge from the swordswoman Kasumi.
