Ep. 5: Maple and Sally face dungeon curses and an underwater boss while Syrup becomes a fortress.

Maple attempts to intervene in a fight between Sally and Kasumi, but all three fall into an underground dungeon. They are bound by a cursed chain that kills everyone if one member dies. The trio cooperates to defeat unbeatable snail monsters, clearing the dungeon and freeing themselves from the curse. They divide the spoils of their victory among themselves. Later, Maple and Sally encounter a player named Kanade, who provides a hint leading them to an underwater squid boss. Maple defeats the boss by poisoning the sea, prompting game administrators to regard her as a final boss rather than the actual final boss. Sally earns the remaining medals required through PvP kills before the event concludes. Maple utilizes the skills she acquired to transform Syrup into a mobile fortress.
