Rald encounters a small Jewelpet named Luna, mistakenly identifying her as a panda. Coal overhears this confusion and sees a chance to abduct Luna. Just as Pink and her friends prepare to invite Luna, Rald appears and takes her away. Later, Rald and Luna tend to the house. Following a battle, the Dark General reprimands Coal for his previous failure and demotes him. He then instructs one of his agents to initiate an operation against the Kira Deco 5. The episode references the Japanese folktale The Tale of the Bamboo Cutter, mirroring how Kaguya is born in a bamboo thicket during Luna's first appearance.
