On the eve of Christmas, Pink completes the decorations at the Kira Kira Shop. Ruby explains their unique holiday, Decoristmas, and hopes DecoSanta brings gifts. The next morning, Ruby is upset because the residents of Jewel Town did not receive any presents. Riding the DecoBus to the Decoristmas Mountains, the two friends ponder their wishes. They discover that Peridot is actually DecoSanta, but she dislikes the role. Peridot is currently trapped while searching for a mysterious object known as the Ice Egg, leaving the holiday in disarray.
