Coal returns a Pembroke Welsh Corgi Jewelpet named Nephrite to his hideout and coerces him into stealing Ruby's Jewel Pod. Nephrite accepts the dangerous task, which requires him to infiltrate the Kira Kira Shop. While Ruby rests and feels refreshed after a long night's sleep, Nephrite remains hidden nearby. He prepares a specialized rifle equipped with a suction cup tip, intending to capture Ruby. The episode serves as a direct homage to Takao Saito's manga Golgo 13. This narrative mirrors the series' signature style, where the protagonist Duke Togo transports his customized sniper rifle inside a briefcase. Nephrite similarly conceals his cleaning gun within a briefcase, replicating the tactical approach of the original manga's protagonist.
