Ep. 16: Rivals arrive and challenge the girls to a wedding dress contest judged by Leon.

Marianne, Catherine, and Angelina introduce themselves to the group, annoying Sarah and Miriah while enchanting Akari with their Jewelstones. After learning about the Jewelpets' loss, the trio becomes angry but is distracted by Leon, who attends their academy. They attempt to recruit him for a party, but he declines, further angering them when Akari falls into his arms. The rivals challenge the girls to a wedding dress competition with Leon as judge. Both sides seek toripaka feathers, but the magical angels use dirty tricks until the girls save the birds and obtain the feathers. The resulting dress is too large for Miriah, so Akari wears it. Leon selects Akari's dress over Marianne's flashy design, infuriating the magical angels.
