Ichimura Kazuya works as a paperboy to support his mother, who spends money on expensive kimonos to attract her neglectful husband. Kazuya believes the salesman Saito is responsible for encouraging these purchases through excessive flattery. In response, Kazuya sends Saito to Hell, only to discover that another salesperson immediately replaces him and continues to pamper his mother with similar praise.
