Aired on January 10, 2009

Convenience store worker Tsuzuki assists student Kashiwagi Hidemi after she misses her last train. An online photo of them together triggers rumors questioning Kashiwagi's character, prompting her desire to send the uploader to Hell. Tsuzuki attempts to dissuade her, but he is subsequently arrested for assault. Kashiwagi fears his arrest will damage her reputation further. Tsuzuki escapes custody, and although Kashiwagi urges him to stop, he fails to recognize her initially. Disheartened, she ultimately sends him to Hell. Later, Yuzuki encounters a drastically altered Kashiwagi, featuring dyed hair, heavy makeup, and tattoos. Overwhelmed by this change, Yuzuki senses that many people nearby are about to contact the Hell Girl.
