Ep. 20: Kakyoin battles Mannish Boy in a dream world while the group crosses the Red Sea.

Kakyoin confirms Mannish Boy killed a scorpion, but the infant hides the evidence. After Kakyoin attacks the baby, Polnareff knocks him out, believing he is insane. Jotaro, Joseph, and Polnareff enter a dream amusement park controlled by Death 13. Kakyoin summons Hierophant Green into the dream to fight. Mannish Boy tries to split the Stand, but Kakyoin directs it into Death 13's ear, forcing Mannish Boy to heal and surrender. The next morning, the others forget the dream. Kakyoin spares Mannish Boy, leaving him in a town after mixing feces into his food to ensure compliance. Joseph feeds the child. As the group crosses the Red Sea, Joseph detours to an island to meet someone important.
