Ep. 3: Jonah and Valmet protect Koko from the Orchestra assassin group in Dubai.
While Koko shops with Valmet in Dubai, the Orchestra assassin group, led by Chinatsu and Shishio, attempts to kill her. Jonah leaves Tojo’s math lesson to intervene, engaging in a shootout that results in Valmet being shot in the leg. Jonah confronts Shishio to allow the women to escape, but Lehm restrains him with a hook and rope, preventing unnecessary sacrifice. Lehm stays behind to hold off the assassins, who eventually retreat in a truck armed with an M2 machine gun after running out of ammunition. Lehm notes Chinatsu’s sharp instincts and ability to control Shishio. Valmet and Koko rendezvous with the team to separate the duo before they reach Koko. During the escape, Jonah shares his view that guns turn people into monsters, and Koko thanks him for his honesty.
