Ep. 56: Koji abandons his mission to destroy a missile base and faces orders to assassinate a president.
Jun is attacked by bikers until Koji, a childhood friend and former race champion, rescues her. Now a Black Bird commander, Koji travels to destroy a missile base but flees without planting the bomb, remembering Jun. Jun reports his absence to Nambu but defends him against claims that he is a Galactor. Katse orders Koji to assassinate a president during a bike race. Jun reluctantly attends with Ken, who promises to help save Koji. Joe foils the assassination attempt with sharpshooting. Koji hides in an officers' mansion where Jun witnesses Katse giving him new orders. The Black Bird bikes transform into a snake mecha and attack the God Phoenix. Jun launches missiles to defeat the mecha. After losing to the Science Ninja Team, Koji accepts his defeat as punishment for his past crimes.
