Misaki’s growing fanbase, the Inuyama quintuplet brothers, threatens to uncover her secret part-time job. With Takumi’s assistance, she evades their scrutiny but faces internal conflict regarding her true identity. An argument on the school rooftop leads to Takumi accidentally dropping a photo of her in a maid uniform toward the brothers. To retrieve the evidence, he leaps from the roof, kissing her first before plunging into the pool. He successfully deceives the brothers into believing she is his bodyguard, preserving her secret. Later, Misaki visits the hospitalized Takumi, who requests she nurse him in the maid outfit, causing her to leave in disgust.
