Misaki reflects on Takumi’s kiss, which he performed on Yukimura to comfort her, before receiving a call from Sakura and Shizuko regarding a dispute. She intervenes in a clash between Seika High students and three Miyabigaoka Academy pupils, initially suspecting the former. However, the Seika students explain that Hirofumi Kogane provoked the incident by insulting their chess hobby. Misaki negotiates with Hirofumi, proposing mutual apologies contingent on a chess match, which Takumi wins to humiliate the opponent. Later, Miyabigaoka Student Council President Tora Igarashi visits Seika High to apologize and offers Misaki a scholarship, impressing her with his polite demeanor. At the Maid Latte cafe, a Ladies Day event sees Misaki popular among female patrons until Takumi reminds her of her gender. Tora subsequently discovers her part-time job and displays a hidden lecherous side.
