Youta Narukami meets a veiled girl claiming to be Odin, whom he and Ashura Kokuhou dismiss. He discovers her real name is Hina Sato and attempts to send her home, but she joins him at the library with childhood friend Kyouko Izanami, resulting in their expulsion. Youta begins to doubt his skepticism after Hina accurately predicts horse race results at a ramen shop. She then offers her powers to help him win Kyouko's affection, which leads to a humiliating baseball game loss against a high school team. The episode concludes with Youta's mother enthusiastically inviting Hina to stay at their home, leaving Youta in disbelief.
