Ep. 12: Youta spends final moments with Hina before committing to her care and their film project.

Shiba instructs Youta to leave Hina, but he pleads for one last half-day. During their time together, Hina recognizes and speaks her family members' names. When Youta presents a photograph, she discards it. Shiba then informs Youta that his allotted time has expired. As he prepares to depart, Hina cries, attempts to approach him, and declares her love. Youta returns Hina home, and the group agrees to finish their movie. Youta resolves to become a researcher like Hina's grandfather to cure her condition. The group watches the completed film together. In a post-credits interview, Hina states her memories are beautiful, eternal treasures that will never fade. Youta vows to remain by Hina's side regardless of future hardships.
