Ep. 5: Eliaria trains with magic while Ryoma explores alchemy and mine clearing

Eliaria practices magic under Ryoma’s guidance, while Ryoma learns attack magic from Camil and teleportation from Sebasu. The Jamil family visits a monster-infested mine for Eliaria’s training. She defeats cave mantises with magic, and Ryoma uses warrior skills. Eliaria catches a rare metal slime for Ryoma. He discovers how to extract iron from soil, delighting Duke Jamil. Trader Serge Morgan buys Ryoma’s creations, making him wealthy, though he remains anonymous to hide his alchemy. Reinhart arrests embezzlers and, at the Duke’s request, sends Ryoma and adventurers to clear the mines.
