Ep. 8: Shirogane enters a beauty contest while Narumi fights automata during the circus opening

Shirogane participates in a beachside beauty contest to generate publicity for the Nakamachi Circus. Masaru persuades Lise to perform, and Shirogane shares memories of Narumi with Vilma. Concurrently, Guy and Lucille transport Narumi to China to confront automata, but ten machines hijack their aircraft. Narumi defeats them without triggering explosions that would kill the passengers. The plane is then attacked by insectoid automata controlled by Mr. Spazza. Guy exits to fight the insects while Lucille attempts a water landing. The Nakamachi Circus grand opening is interrupted by the crash. Inside, the automaton Magdalen attacks to obtain blood, but Shirogane intervenes. Magdalen is destroyed, and Shirogane and Masaru witness Narumi through the smoke.
