Division 2 is assigned to provide security at the Sapporo Snow Festival in Hokkaido. They discover that a splinter group of the Earth Defense Force plans to attack the event using two stolen Labors. The unit must also manage a disruptive child who recently relocated from Tokyo after his home was destroyed by a Labor. This incident has caused him to develop a strong hatred for Labors, despite previously enjoying them. Noa feels distressed by the possibility that Alphonse was responsible for crushing the boy's house, adding emotional tension to their duties while they prepare to counter the terrorist threat.
