Division 2 members are losing badly in an all Police Judo Tournament when they are recalled to duty. The team faces immediate difficulties because Ohta has a sprained ankle and Asuma cannot speak. Captain Goto assigns Kanuka to lead, but Noa disobeys her command to shoot a laborer, causing the situation to escalate out of control. This incident severely damages the already poor relationship between Noa and Kanuka. To resolve the conflict and strengthen team cohesion, Captain Goto takes the entire group to a bar. An intense drinking competition erupts between Noa and Kanuka, leaving the rest of Division 2 intoxicated. It remains unclear whether this intervention will successfully mend the fractured dynamics within the unit.
