Captain Goto suddenly endures a series of hostile acts, including death threats, tampered meals, and cat waste in his footwear. As he attempts to identify the culprit behind these incidents, his colleagues in Division 2 observe his erratic conduct and conduct tests to determine the cause of his unusual actions. The situation intensifies when a potted plant is dropped onto his mini-patrol car and the hydraulic systems of a carrier are damaged during an SV2 mission. Although the division recognizes that someone is targeting the captain, only Goto identifies the perpetrator and concludes that he has no reason to be afraid.
