Ep. 1: Syam Vist survives a bombing on Laplace station and secures the forbidden box.

During the calendar transition from A.D. to Universal Century, the space station Laplace, which serves as the official residence for the Earth Federation prime minister, is destroyed by a terrorist attack. One of the perpetrators, a young man named Syam Vist, is caught in the blast but barely survives the incident. During the chaos, he manages to obtain a forbidden box that will later become known as Laplace's Box. The narrative then jumps forward in time to Universal Century 0096, nearly a century after the initial destruction of the station and the acquisition of the mysterious artifact by the survivor.
