Ep. 13: Ryuko loses Senketsu to Nui while Satsuki prepares for a major raid across multiple cities.
Satsuki organizes a raid targeting Osaka, Kyoto, and Kobe, equipping students with new Goku Uniforms derived from Ryuko’s battle data. Ryuko remains reluctant to wear Senketsu due to her previous loss of control. Shinjiro Nagita, a suspended former newspaper club member, asks her to oppose Satsuki, but she declines. Mako joins the raid to distribute Shinjiro’s underground newspaper. Encouraged by Senketsu, Ryuko wears him to assist Shinjiro, who is revealed to be Nui in disguise. Nui tricks Ryuko into wearing Senketsu again. Fearing another loss of control, Ryuko fights at reduced strength and is defeated. Nui tears Senketsu apart. Satsuki forces Nui to retreat and collects all but one fragment of Senketsu to distribute to hosts for combat data during the raid.
