Satsuki recovers at her mansion, where Ragyo reveals the original Life Fiber and orders a school festival to distribute Covers globally. Meanwhile, Aikuro and Tsumugu lead Ryuko and Mako to a safe base section. Aikuro explains that Life Fibers drove human evolution and clothing instincts, noting that Isshin created Senketsu for Ryuko due to her high resistance. Ryuko becomes enraged by this revelation and attacks Aikuro, refusing to allow him to kill his own kind. Tsumugu deems them worthless and prepares to execute Ryuko and Senketsu.
