EP 1Ryuko Matoi transfers to Honnouji Academy and seeks answers about her father's murder.
Oct 4, 2013Ryuko Matoi enrolls at Honnouji Academy, a school ruled by a student council wearing Goku Uniforms that grant superhuman powers. Seeking the killer of her father, she confronts council president Satsuki Kiryuin about the other half of her giant scissor blade. After being defeated by boxing captain Takaharu Fukuroda, Ryuko flees to her home, where teacher Aikuro Mikisugi forces her into a basement. There, a living sailor uniform attaches itself to her. The following day, she returns to save her classmate Mako Mankanshoku from execution by Takaharu. Using the new uniform’s abilities, Ryuko defeats him and destroys his Goku Uniform. She then questions Satsuki again regarding the identity of the person who wields the matching scissor blade and is responsible for her father's death.
EP 2Ryuko faints after battle, learns Senketsu needs blood, and defeats Omiko in tennis.
Oct 11, 2013Exhausted from combat, Ryuko collapses and is taken in by Mako’s family. She remembers her father Isshin creating the uniform Senketsu. The following day, tennis captain Omiko Hakodate attacks Ryuko when Senketsu remains inactive. Aikuro intervenes, explaining that Senketsu is a Kamui requiring blood to function, and gives Ryuko a glove to assist. He proposes a deal: defeat Omiko to gain more information. Ryuko agrees, and despite interference from Mako, a tennis match ensues. Ryuko struggles initially but recovers, using her scissor blade to destroy Omiko’s Goku Uniform and win by technicality. Immediately after the victory, Satsuki appears and challenges Ryuko to a fight. With her blood supply depleted, Ryuko is forced to flee the scene.

Frustrated that Ryuko wore a Kamui first, Satsuki dons the family-sealed Junketsu. She confronts Ryuko the next day, overwhelming her with new power and ignoring modesty. Following Mako’s advice to strip completely, Ryuko comprehends the Kamui’s true nature and unlocks its full strength, enabling her to match Satsuki’s abilities. Ryuko vows to dismantle Satsuki’s ambitions to find answers, prompting Satsuki to challenge her to defeat every student she sends against her until they meet again.
EP 4Ryuko and Mako navigate a trap-filled obstacle course to avoid expulsion during No-Late Day.
Oct 25, 2013While Senketsu is being laundered, Ryuko and Mako must survive a perilous obstacle course to avoid expulsion during the school's No-Late Day event. They are joined by their injured classmate Maiko Ogure, while Mako’s family attempts to deliver Senketsu to them. After hijacking an armored bus, the girls reach the school grounds with 15 minutes remaining. Maiko then reveals her true allegiance as a disciplinary committee member, stealing Senketsu to wear him in an attempt to overthrow Satsuki. Senketsu immobilizes her, allowing Ryuko to retrieve him. With five minutes left, Maiko triggers a final trap that sends Ryuko and Mako back to the start. The duo manages to reach their classroom on time using an express cable car. Ira Gamagoori, the disciplinary committee chair and member of the Elite Four, expels Maiko for her betrayal.
EP 5Sniper Tsumugu Kinagase targets Ryuko while being interrupted by various school clubs.
Nov 1, 2013Sniper Tsumugu Kinagase attempts to ambush Ryuko but is repeatedly interrupted by the gardening club. After handling the biology club, he attacks Ryuko and demands she strip, but retreats when Aikuro intervenes. Aikuro warns Tsumugu to leave Ryuko alone, yet Tsumugu remains worried that her Kamui poses a greater threat than the Kiryuins. The following day, Ryuko confronts Tsumugu, but their battle is halted by the gardening, rakugo, and poetry clubs. Senketsu sacrifices himself to protect Ryuko, but Mako stands up to Tsumugu and returns Senketsu to her. As Tsumugu begins to understand the bond between Ryuko and Senketsu, they are confronted by Elite Four member Nonon Jakuzure, prompting Tsumugu to help them escape.

By defeating other club leaders, Ryuko boosts the group's standing, allowing Mako to secure a One-Star Goku Uniform that elevates the Mankanshoku family to a better apartment. As Mako strives to maintain this improved lifestyle, Ryuko feels isolated by her friend's growing seriousness and the family's indulgence in wealth. Just as Ryuko prepares to quit, Satsuki presents Mako with a Two-Star Goku Uniform, ordering her to defeat Ryuko to retain their luxury. Ryuko endures Mako's attacks, prompting Mako to recognize her mistakes, disband the club, and return to their previous life in the slums. Satsuki simultaneously reveals her plan to restructure the student council through a snap election by using Ryuko to eliminate weaker clubs.

Later, contenders compete on pillars in a king of the hill game. Ryuko and the Elite Four secure their spots easily. Satsuki demands Ryuko defeat each Elite Four member to learn about her father's death. Ira is named her first opponent, setting the stage for the upcoming confrontations within the school's harsh election system.

Nov 29, 2013Ryuko prepares for her match against Ira, but Aikuro advises her to withdraw, claiming she is unprepared to fight the Elite Four. She refuses his warning, and the duel commences. Ira activates his Shackle Regalia, injuring himself to generate the energy required to transform into Scourge Regalia. Ryuko discovers that the Shackle Regalia protects its Life Fibers, making it impossible to damage without first powering up the Scourge Regalia form. Despite this obstacle, she continues her assault, compelling Ira to unleash the full strength of Scourge Regalia to forcibly mold her into a model student. Senketsu then executes a plan by removing Ryuko from synchronized mode. This allows her to utilize Senketsu's fangs to breach Ira's uniform and destroy it from within using a new form called Senketsu Senjin, securing her victory in the match.
EP 10Houka and Nonon challenge Ryuko while Aikuro monitors Senketsu's rapid evolution
Dec 6, 2013Houka Inumuta employs the Probe Regalia to analyze Ryuko, switching to invisibility when she fights unpredictably. Ryuko counters by deploying Senketsu’s eye to track him and destroying the platform, forcing Houka to forfeit to protect his data. Next, Nonon Jakuzure activates the Symphony Regalia, using sound attacks and a hovering airship form to destroy the arena. Ryuko survives by utilizing the new Senketsu Shippu aerial form. Concerned by the speed of Senketsu’s evolution, Aikuro contacts Tsumugu, who begins traveling to Honnouji Academy.

Dec 13, 2013Ryuko attacks Satsuki but is blocked by Nonon, who destroys an airship with a missile. Nonon activates her uniform's second form, Da Capo, using music to disrupt Ryuko's link with Senketsu. Ryuko counters by reflecting sound waves to defeat Nonon. Tsumugu gives Aikuro a special bullet for potential use against Ryuko. Before Ryuko can fight Uzu, Nui Harime, Grand Couturier of the Revocs Corporation owned by Ragyo Kiryuin, appears. Satsuki recognizes Nui and allows the fight. Nui destroys Uzu's uniform by breaking its Banshi, the Life Fiber sustaining it. She then reveals she killed Isshin, enraging Ryuko.
EP 12Ryuko battles Nui while Senketsu goes berserk and Mako intervenes to save her.
Dec 20, 2013During a fierce confrontation, Nui reveals she killed Isshin using the Rending Scissors he created, losing her left eye in the process. Ryuko’s intense rage causes Senketsu to go berserk and consume her, transforming her into a monstrous state. Mako and her family rush to the scene to prevent Ryuko from dying of blood loss, while Tsumugu distracts Nui to allow Aikuro to use an adhesive bullet. Satsuki attempts to stop Ryuko with her Kamui, but Mako ultimately slaps Ryuko back to consciousness, saving her life. Enraged by Nui’s actions, Satsuki bans her from the school grounds. Days later, Satsuki reveals she orchestrated the theft of the scissors from Isshin and announces that Ryuko’s fights with the Elite Four have perfected the Goku Uniforms for their upcoming takeover.
EP 13Ryuko loses Senketsu to Nui while Satsuki prepares for a major raid across multiple cities.
Jan 10, 2014Satsuki organizes a raid targeting Osaka, Kyoto, and Kobe, equipping students with new Goku Uniforms derived from Ryuko’s battle data. Ryuko remains reluctant to wear Senketsu due to her previous loss of control. Shinjiro Nagita, a suspended former newspaper club member, asks her to oppose Satsuki, but she declines. Mako joins the raid to distribute Shinjiro’s underground newspaper. Encouraged by Senketsu, Ryuko wears him to assist Shinjiro, who is revealed to be Nui in disguise. Nui tricks Ryuko into wearing Senketsu again. Fearing another loss of control, Ryuko fights at reduced strength and is defeated. Nui tears Senketsu apart. Satsuki forces Nui to retreat and collects all but one fragment of Senketsu to distribute to hosts for combat data during the raid.
EP 14Ryuko recovers Senketsu's pieces while battling the Elite Four in Kansai.
Jan 17, 2014Ryuko awakens in Aikuro's hideout and finds Senketsu's consciousness remains in the scarf she kept. After learning the fate of his other parts, she travels to the Kansai region where Satsuki has launched a raid operation. During this time, the Elite Four attack main schools in the tri-city area. Ryuko interrupts their raids, recovering scraps distributed to students to boost their power, and continues toward her next destination. She eventually reunites with Mako in Osaka. Having gathered nearly all of Senketsu's pieces, Ryuko prepares to confront Satsuki, who holds the glove that constitutes the final piece.
EP 15Satsuki battles Kaneo Takarada in Osaka while Ryuko arrives to confront her.
Jan 24, 2014Satsuki faces Kaneo Takarada, who uses a Dotonbori Robo suit, but the Elite Four arrive in Three-Star Goku Uniforms. Uzu defeats Takarada before Ryuko arrives to fight Satsuki, supported by Aikuro, Tsumugu, and Nudist Beach. During the conflict, Nudist Beach engages the Elite Four. Ryuko replaces her glove with her own skin to transform with Senketsu and retrieve the glove from Satsuki. When disarmed, Ryuko uses Senketsu to take Satsuki's sword, resulting in a stalemate. Ryuko persuades Satsuki to withdraw her troops rather than continue fighting. Satsuki succeeds in destroying the Nudist Beach base before leaving. Afterward, Aikuro agrees to provide Ryuko with necessary information.

Jan 31, 2014Satsuki recovers at her mansion, where Ragyo reveals the original Life Fiber and orders a school festival to distribute Covers globally. Meanwhile, Aikuro and Tsumugu lead Ryuko and Mako to a safe base section. Aikuro explains that Life Fibers drove human evolution and clothing instincts, noting that Isshin created Senketsu for Ryuko due to her high resistance. Ryuko becomes enraged by this revelation and attacks Aikuro, refusing to allow him to kill his own kind. Tsumugu deems them worthless and prepares to execute Ryuko and Senketsu.

Feb 7, 2014Mako and Senketsu intervene in the conflict between Ryuko and Tsumugu. Aikuro reveals that Tsumugu's sister Kinue died during a Life Fiber experiment, and explains that Senketsu was created using Ryuko's DNA, which is why she is the only one capable of wearing and communicating with him. Concurrently, Honnouji Academy organizes a cultural and sports festival to honor Ragyo's visit. Ryuko discovers this event is a cover for a final experiment intended to sacrifice the entire Honnouji City population to the Life Fibers. She and her allies rush to Honnouji as the ceremony commences. While Ragyo initiates the Life Fibers to consume the stadium attendees, Ryuko's group arrives. Satsuki then stabs Ragyo in the back, declaring her rebellion against her mother and the Life Fibers, exposing this betrayal as the true purpose behind her establishment of Honnouji Academy.

Feb 14, 2014Following the rescue of trapped individuals, the Elite Four confront Nui while Mako assists in evacuations. Satsuki discloses that Ragyo used her and her newborn sister for Life Fiber experiments, discarding the latter after a supposed failure. Ragyo heals her injuries, seizes control of the students to form an army, and forces Ryuko to fight Satsuki, though Ryuko breaks free through her own will. Ryuko engages Nui while Satsuki battles Ragyo, decapitating her. However, Ragyo survives because her Life Fiber remains unsevered, overpowering Satsuki and stealing Junketsu. As an army of Covers appears in the sky, Ragyo extracts Ryuko’s Life Fiber-covered heart, revealing Ryuko to be Ragyo’s presumed deceased daughter.

Feb 21, 2014Satsuki detonates the stadium to help the Elite Four and Nudist Beach escape the Covers, who are draining life force from citizens like Mako. Senketsu transports an unconscious Ryuko and her Scissor Blade to Mikisugi before losing consciousness. One month later, the Elite Four join Nudist Beach to combat the Covers' takeover of Japan, while Ryuko remains in a coma. Satsuki is held by Ragyo, who reveals that Soichiro faked his death to pose as Isshin and raise Ryuko for revenge against her. During a rescue mission for Mako, the Elite Four face the Covers' disruptive noise defenses. Ryuko awakens, destroying the Covers and freeing prisoners with a single strike. Believing herself to be a monster, Ryuko vows never to wear Senketsu again.

Feb 28, 2014Paper clones of Ragyo and Nui lure Ryuko to Honnouji Academy, prompting her to travel alone despite her reluctance to assist others. After infiltrating the academy’s security systems to locate Satsuki, Ryuko’s allies deduce her plans and board Aikuro's Naked Sol warship to join the conflict. Upon arrival, Ryuko battles Nui, who possesses a Life Fiber body. Ragyo captures Ryuko and compels her to wear Junketsu, initiating a process to rewrite her memories. Simultaneously, Satsuki breaks free from her imprisonment and returns to Nudist Beach on the Sol. When Ryuko, now controlled by Junketsu, arrives on the ship to attack, Satsuki equips Senketsu to confront her former friend.

Meanwhile, Ragyo empowers the original Life Fiber with flight using the Covers. As Mako tries to reason with Ryuko, Senketsu attaches himself to her for protection. Mako uses her willpower and Honnouji student support to launch the Naked Sol like a giant dagger, splitting the Life Fiber. Encouraged by their arrival, Ryuko cuts the core, causing the Life Fiber to crash. Meanwhile, Nui prepares Ragyo’s ultimate Kamui, Shinra-Koketsu, by absorbing Rei to power it up. Ryuko and her allies prepare to end their duel with Ragyo once and for all.

Mar 28, 2014Ragyo utilizes Shinra-Koketsu to suppress Life Fibers and revive the original entity, aiming to fuse all humanity with it. Senketsu, immune to this power, knocks Rei from Koketsu, restoring allies' strength. The Elite Four and Nudist Beach destroy the satellite uplink while Ryuko and Satsuki strike Ragyo. Nui merges with the original Life Fiber and Ragyo, launching into space to activate the satellite and encase the world in a cocoon. Ryuko combines her allies' Goku Uniforms into Senketsu-Kisaragi, enduring attacks to empower Senketsu to absorb and eliminate Shinra-Koketsu. Ragyo dies by destroying her own heart. Senketsu returns Ryuko to Earth, where she reunites with loved ones. Freed from Life Fiber control, Ryuko starts a new life with Mako and Satsuki.
