Ep. 21: Satsuki and Senketsu struggle against Ryuko while Nui reveals Junketsu is fused to her Life Fibers.

Satsuki and Senketsu attempt to subdue Ryuko but are easily overpowered. The Elite Four distract her, allowing Ira to target Junketsu, but Nui interrupts, revealing the garment is stitched to Ryuko's Life Fibers and removal would be fatal. Meanwhile, Ragyo empowers the original Life Fiber with flight using the Covers. As Mako tries to reason with Ryuko, Senketsu attaches himself to her for protection. This creates an opening for Mako and Senketsu to enter her body. Satsuki and the others successfully bring Ryuko back to her senses, enabling her to break free from Junketsu.
