Ichika discovers a magical bakery and meets the Elder fairy, eager to become a Precure patissiere. She invites shy classmate Himari Arisugawa to the shop to make pudding. Himari initially struggles with Ichika’s failures, revealing her expertise in sweets, but fears rejection due to past experiences. Ichika’s genuine interest in learning reassures Himari, and they successfully create a pudding together. The Gummy Gang member Pulupulu attacks, stealing kirakiral from the treats and targeting Himari’s special squirrel pudding. Ichika transforms to fight but struggles against Pulupulu’s pudding-based form. Driven by a desire to protect her new friend, Himari gains the power to transform into Cure Custard. Using her unique squirrely speed, she assists Ichika in defeating Pulupulu and securing the pudding.
