Ichika reunites with Yukari Kotozume, a beautiful and talented girl who appears unhappy. Ichika invites her to bake macarons with the group. While Yukari’s skill creates visually appealing meringues, the flavor is incorrect, motivating her to improve the recipe until she finds joy in the process. Ichika converts a failed attempt into a Cat Macaron, attracting the Gummy Gang member Maquillon, who attempts to steal it. Yukari, happy to be with Ichika, transforms into Cure Macaron to defeat Maquillon. Yukari resolves to perfect her macaron recipe one day. Meanwhile, Ichika develops feelings for Akira Kenjo, a handsome new neighbor.
