Ange locates Heueye, the young Guardian of Wind, residing in a coastal town with his grandfather Vitto. She urges him to accompany her, but he declines, particularly upon learning he cannot return to Jiire. When a severe storm hits, Vitto is swept out to sea. Heueye tries to rescue him but is thwarted when Vitto cuts the rope. Ange then activates the Sacrea of Wind, allowing Heueye to harness its power to calm the gale and save Vitto. Following this event, Heueye accepts his role as the Guardian of Wind and pledges his allegiance to the Queen.
