Taichi, Yui, and Yoshifumi use emotion transfer to locate kidnapped Himeko while Iori decides to live for herself. Iori intervenes during the rescue, saving Himeko from a knife. Kaoru apologizes for her resentment regarding a Jazz Club boy, and Iori offers her friendship. A metal pipe attack injures Taichi while he protects Himeko. Through a mental discussion, Taichi and Iori agree to restart their relationship. Taichi asks Himeko out, and she accepts. Goto praises their presentation and continues moderating the clubs. The group enters the new school year with Taichi and Himeko dating and Iori having made new friends.
