Ep. 16: Zatch and Kiyo confront the invulnerable Mamodo Robnos in a cold storage room.
Zatch discovers a statue of Suzy at Kiyo's house with a note demanding they meet kidnappers by 3 P.M. in a cold storage room or face her suffering. Upon arrival, they encounter the Mamodo Robnos, who injures Zatch and nearly forces them to abandon the rescue. Zatch deduces Robnos' invincibility stems from a pair of clones hidden within the room. This discovery triggers a fusion into a true form capable of blocking Zaker with one hand and destroying Rashield with Biraitsu. Enduring the freezing temperatures, Kiyo devises a risky strategy to have Zatch throw him at Robnos. Kiyo inserts an iron rod into the enemy's helmet to act as a lightning rod for a Zaker spell. As Robnos' book burns, he reveals Suzy was never kidnapped but merely sick, and mentions a Zatch lookalike in England.
