The Imperial Army advances its preparations for the second Steel Angel's completion. Nakahito is troubled by Dr. Ayanakoji's assertion that only he controls Kurumi. His confusion deepens after a visit from familiar characters, leading Kurumi to fear her master hates her. Complications arise further with the newly activated Saki, who appears poised to create trouble for Kurumi.
