A high school called Rikkyouin selects its student council members through an annual lottery. Chihiro Enomoto and Tokino Akiyama, childhood friends, win the positions of president and vice president, respectively. However, they must complete a one-year apprenticeship under the current council. Failure to complete any assigned tasks, no matter how small, results in immediate expulsion.
