Chiyoko is tasked with examining a library that allegedly houses a spirit. Upon arrival, she finds that the books within have been altered to feature content exclusively about trees. The investigation reveals that a fellow student from her school has been possessed by a tree demon, causing these strange changes. Chiyoko and Gyubid work together to confront the entity. They successfully perform an exorcism to remove the demon from the possessed schoolmate, resolving the supernatural disturbance at the library and restoring the situation to normal.
