Ep. 12: Sebastian rescues Ciel and Elizabeth from Drocell's control at the tower

Sebastian saves Ciel from Drocell, but Ciel remains concerned about Elizabeth's safety. He locates her in the tower's storage room, where Drocell manipulates her like a marionette to attack Ciel. Sebastian and Grell free Elizabeth and defeat Drocell. Upon discovering the tower's master, Ciel is dismayed by his desecrated existence, though the master is also controlled by a puppeteer, leading Sebastian to abandon the pursuit. Later, Elizabeth hosts a party at the Phantomhive estate to celebrate Ciel’s thirteenth birthday, hoping to see him happy again. The tower's owner, who intended to kill Ciel, is revealed to be Angela.
