Ep. 23: Phantomhive Manor Burns as Ciel Faces Death and Queen Victoria's Murder

The Phantomhive estate is destroyed, leaving Tanaka writing in debris. Ciel hides in a London-bound ship's cargo hold and meets the Undertaker, who warns him he is dying. London suffers a massive fire, becoming a hellish landscape. Ciel finds his servants tranquilizing Pluto and orders them to kill it. Angela and Ashe merge into one angel, attempting to persuade Sebastian to join them, but he refuses. Ciel rides to Windsor Castle and discovers Queen Victoria dead. Guards accuse Ciel of murder and shoot him. Sebastian intervenes to save Ciel from further attacks. The pair then travels toward central London.
