Ep. 4: Ciel encounters surreal servants and faces judgment in a dreamlike fantasy world.

Shrunken Ciel meets caterpillar-bodied Lau and mushroom-headed Ran-Mao, who use a riddle about suckling to alter his size. Ran-Mao sprouts wings and flies Ciel into a forest, where Grell guides him toward a desert. Ciel reluctantly seeks Sebastian, encountering Undertaker, William T. Spears, and Ronald Knox with animal ears. Grell explains that real life lacks clear answers, using tea and sugar as an example. Four servants invite Ciel to a castle, but Madame Red judges him for past crimes. Accused by acquaintances, Ciel feels guilt over lost memories and flees from an enraged Madame Red. It is revealed that Sebastian was merely telling a bedtime story to Ciel's soulless body.
