Kyou kara Maou!

A boy named Yuri Shibuya experiences a sudden change in his life after being pushed into a toilet while trying to help a classmate. He awakens in a world similar to medieval Europe and is told he is the next Maoh, ruler of the Mazoku, due to his black hair and eyes. The Mazoku and humans in this world are not at peace, and Yuri is unlike previous rulers—compassionate, fair, and averse to violence. His people are unsettled by his approach, especially as tensions escalate toward war. Yuri must learn to be a Maoh while adjusting to an unfamiliar society on the edge of conflict.
