Rebecca is the individual responsible for distributing these warnings. After discovering Lupin fleeing from a bank heist, she makes every effort to capture him. Despite her aggressive pursuit, the situation raises questions about her true intentions. It remains unclear why Rebecca is so determined to steal Lupin himself rather than any valuables he might possess during his criminal activities.
