Following this announcement, residents across the Italian Peninsula suddenly fall unconscious, including Lupin and his companions. Lupin regains consciousness in San Marino and encounters Da Vinci. He proceeds to follow the artist, eventually uncovering the true nature and purpose behind the World Harmony project.
