Kaito starts stealing gems despite receiving a mysterious warning that he will die if he continues. Ignoring the threat, he targets a large blue gem. Upon obtaining it, he discovers that the organization responsible for his father's murder is also hunting for massive jewels. They suspect one of these gems contains the aurora stone, an artifact capable of granting eternal life. Determined to avenge his father, Kaito resolves to locate the specific jewel holding the aurora stone and destroy it, viewing its destruction as the ultimate revenge for his father's death.
